1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Wryda.ai ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Wryda.ai for personal and commercial screenplay writing purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the service materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the screenplays, stories, and content you create using Wryda.ai. We do not claim any ownership over your creative work.

Our Service: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wryda.ai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is for your use in your creative projects. While we strive for originality, you are responsible for ensuring your final work does not infringe on others' intellectual property.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Plans: We offer Free, Pro, and Ultra subscription plans with different features and AI credit allocations as described on our pricing page.

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial for paid plans. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel anytime during the trial.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

6. AI Credits Usage

AI credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription plan. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Additional credits can be purchased as needed.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To generate content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, or engage in other fraudulent activities

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wryda.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
